Job Description:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote our products and services. You will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence, driving website traffic, and generating leads.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement best practices.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors as needed to enhance marketing efforts.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing in the IT or software development industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications will be advantageous.
